How the pilot works.
A pilot is a trial of Marque on your own work, with Big+Bold beside you. It is free unless your pilot agreement sets a fee.
What a pilot is
- A small group of organisations use Marque while Big+Bold works closely with them.
- Everything marked ‘Live from day one’ is yours from the start. Everything marked ‘In the pilot’ is added as it is ready.
- Pilot features may be incomplete and come without service levels.
How long it runs
- The length is agreed with you, and written in your pilot agreement.
- How it can end is set out in your pilot agreement and in the terms.
What Big+Bold does in setup
- Talks it through with you first.
- Audits what your organisation already knows, using the Marque Calibration Framework.
- Builds your Intelligence Architecture with you: Positioning Core, Audience Matrix, Messaging Hierarchy, Tone Codex, Red Lines and Evaluation Criteria.
- Tests Marque on your own work, then builds your brand kit.
- Sets up your people, seats and monthly credits.
What you do
- Give Big+Bold your brand material and some of your time.
- Review your Intelligence Architecture with us, then sign it off before your teams start.
- Invite your teams. They check their work against your brand before it ships.
- Tell us what works and what does not.
How Marque is priced after the pilot
- Marque is priced by seats and monthly credits, set for each client.
- A seat is a person who uses Marque. A credit is the unit of Marque’s own work. A typical reading is one to three credits.
- Prices, fees, payment terms and renewal are set out in your order form. Fees exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
- To talk about it, write to Big+Bold.
